Conditions of sale

General

Please send your orders by website shop, e-mail, fax or post. A telephone orders are accepted from our regular customers. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, fax and e-mail operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The minimal value of order is 50 EUR / 70 USD and 2 EUR / 2 USD for one item (do not include VAT).

All prices on our website do not include VAT. Prices are calculated for unit of measure (1pc, 10pcs, 100pcs) and updated all time.

We offer significant discounts on large orders. We are also open to negotiate the prices individually.

Realization of orders

The goods are delivered by courier company UPS (charges). Delivery costs bears orderer. On special request we can send goods by other courier companies.

Goods are dispatched within 48 hours from the order confirmation. This refers to products in stock.

Maritex company is not responsilbe for any loss coused by delay of order realization.

Payments

We accept bank transfer from our regular customers, ussulaly payment within 14 days.

For new and other customers we accept:

Cash on delivery (only if forwarder is UPS or DHL-Express)
e-payment (minimal order value 50 EUR / 70 USD)
Payment in advance Cash (paid in our office)

In the case of use of e-payment option, please make payment only after receiving an email confirming the preparation of elements, together with an activation link online payment

Pending receipt of full payment, in accordance with the VAT invoice, the company Maritex reserves the right to ownership of the delivered goods, including its free availability.

Authorization system for credit cards and bank transfers in eCard guarantee the highest level of security to customers online stores. High security is provided by strong security transaction - 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode), 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). The system ensures high security with a solution in which the credit card numbers will never go to the shop and just as importantly, they are never kept.

The customer has the guarantee that their credit card number, knows only he and his bank. Security of transactions made through bank transfer is ensured by using 128-bit SSL protocol, as well as the customer identification procedure in the bank (login, password, password-off). In making the transfer, the customer logs secur directly on his own bank. Information about his profile has only his bank.

Warranty

Goods delivered by Maritex are high quality, manufactured by famous producers. The warranty period for businesses shall be one year from the delivery of the goods.

Final remarks

Maritex company can delivery parts and components not included in offer presented on our website. Price and time of delivery to be negotiated.
